About the 1st Annual Bushtukah Frost and Fire Winter Triathlon & 10k
Aegle Events, organizers of Wakefield's Covered Bridge Run and Moonlight River Run are pleased to present a new and challenging Canadian winter triathlon and 10km run in the heart of our region's beautiful woodlands and rolling hills.
Join hundreds of racers in a unique Wakefield wilderness event, where you experience the extremes of the season in a spectacular setting. Whether you’re running in the Triathlon or the 10k event, we promise a safe, challenging and unique running experience. The Frost and Fire Run's mission is to promote a new and exciting perception of health by enlisting through participation, inspiring through knowledge and transforming with challenging events. When you participate in our Frost and Fire event, your participation helps Aegle Events fulfill its mission, which is to raise funds for reputable local and global charitable organizations whose mandate is the health and well- being of youth in communities. The Frost and Fire event is pleased to announce it will be donating funds to support Project North, who are an organization committed to enhancing the lives of children in North Canada through supplying hockey equipment to Inuit children of all ages.
